We provide fully furnished, high-end, contemporary and spacious apartments, of approximately 110m² (~1,200ft²), all double glazed with open space living room, dining area and kitchen, master en-suit bedroom, one guests room and a second smaller bathroom.  You can rely on us to provide you a perfect place to call home during your working contract in Amsterdam. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable living experience.
The Emmalaan Building comprises two historic 19th-century houses hosting 8 apartments. 7 of the apartments are rented out to expats. The owner and manager of the building lives in the 8th apartment.
 
Each apartment has a bit of a different layout, different furniture and decorations, and you are welcome to bring some of your own pictures and decorations to make the apartment more personal.
